World Schizophrenia Awareness Day on 24th May 2024
MANASU in collaboration with the Department of Clinical Psychology at NIEPMD, hosted an impactful event in Tirusulam to raise awareness about schizophrenia. The programme included educational flyers, interactive sessions and cultural activities aimed at reducing stigma and promoting understanding. Mental health professionals, M.Phil., Clinical Psychology students, staff and volunteers participated actively. This initiative highlighted the importance of family and community support in managing schizophrenia. We can create together a more empathetic and inclusive society.
