MANITHAM LIFE CARE organized an Addiction Awareness Programme

Dindigul, 3rd September 2024 – Two prominent schools in Tamil Nadu, St. Anthony’s Convent School in Dindigul and St. Aloysius Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai, expressed their deep appreciation for MANITHAM LIFE CARE and to Rev. Fr. Joseph Victor Doss CMF for conducting highly impactful de-addiction awareness programs.

At St. Anthony’s Convent School, the program was well-received by students from Class VI to IX and the entire teaching staff. The school’s management and teachers expressed their heartfelt gratitude for Fr. Victor’s commitment and insightful presentations, which illuminated students and staff alike on the crucial topics of addiction prevention and recovery. “A leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go but ought to be,” as quoted by Rosalynn Carter, perfectly embodies Fr. Victor’s efforts to guide students toward a healthier future.

The session empowered 166 students, alongside 33 teachers, with practical knowledge and tools to combat addiction. The school administration thanked Fr. Victor for his generosity in delivering such an impactful orientation.

Similarly, at St. Aloysius Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai, the de-addiction and rehabilitation program conducted on 30th August 2024, left a lasting impact on both students and staff. A total of 636 students from Classes VIII to XII, 54 teachers, and 15 support staff participated in the one-day seminar. The program, described as highly informative and thought-provoking, encouraged participants to reflect on their addictive behaviors and equipped them with strategies to address these issues.

The school’s management praised the initiative, noting that Fr. Victor’s engaging presentations motivated both students and staff to make positive changes in their lives.

With his continued efforts, MANITHAM LIFE CARE is making a significant difference in the lives of many young individuals, helping them navigate away from the dangers of addiction and toward brighter futures.
