Jubilee Celebration at Claret Bhavan, Karumathur
Karumathur, Madurai – May 30, 2025: The Claretian Province of Chennai joyfully celebrated the Jubilee Celebration at Claret Bhavan, Karumathur, marking significant milestones in the religious and priestly journeys of four beloved Claretian missionaries.
The celebration honored:
Rev. Fr. Singarayan CMF – Golden Jubilee of Religious Profession (50 years)
Rev. Fr. Jerone CMF and Rev. Fr. Milfer Vaz CMF – Silver Jubilee of Religious Profession (25 years)
Rev. Fr. Peter Paul CMF – Silver Jubilee of Priestly Ordination (25 years)
The highlight of the day was the solemn Holy Eucharist, presided over by Fr. Singarayan CMF and concelebrated by the jubilarians along with Claretian priests. During the Mass, 15 Claretian students also renewed their religious vows, adding spiritual significance and a sense of continuity to the occasion.
Following the Eucharist, a felicitation program was held to honor the jubilarians. Warm tributes, messages of appreciation, and joyful cultural expressions marked the occasion. Fr. Jerone CMF in the name of all the jubilarians shared words of gratitude, reflecting on their journey of faith, mission, and community life. The celebration was a powerful witness to the spirit of perseverance, commitment, and joyful service that defines Claretian religious life, inspiring all who participated.
