St. Joseph School Organizes Annual Picnic
St. Joseph School at Irrendellaparai in Dindigul organized its annual picnic on February 22, taking 56 students and six teaching staff to Vagai Dam and St. Mary’s Shrine, Vadipatti. The picnic was arranged to create awareness about the ecological importance of nature in human life.
The students were captivated by the natural beauty of the surroundings and showed great enthusiasm in exploring the environment. To make the day more engaging, the teachers conducted various games and activities, providing both entertainment and learning experiences. Special sessions on ecological issues were held, where students were encouraged to understand environmental challenges and take responsibility for preserving nature.
For Christian students, the visit to St. Mary’s Shrine was a spiritually enriching experience, offering them an opportunity to deepen their Marian devotion. The day was both colorful and meaningful, as the students enjoyed nature, participated in games, and gained valuable insights into environmental conservation.
